David Beckham reveals how he’s worked through ‘difficult situations’ with wife Victoria after saying their marriage was ‘hard work’
DAVID Beckham has revealed how he's overcome "difficult situations" with wife Victoria, after claiming their marriage was "hard work".
The former footballer left the designer "in floods of tears" with his original comment, but has now redeemed himself by praising her for how much she has achieved, on both a career and personal level.

David had said their marriage was "complicated" and "hard work" in an interview with the Sunday Project - reportedly leaving the former Spice Girl "devastated".
However, the full interview with the Australian publication was released today, and instead heard David gushing about how he and Victoria make their relationship work.
Praising his wife for how much she has achieved as a designer while raising their kids, he said: "You know, we've been married for a long time now and recently did a Vogue front cover, which was all about Victoria's 10 years in fashion.
"The amount she's achieved in such a short space of time... four beautiful young children, you know, we have a beautiful dog. But obviously in her business world, to be on the front cover of Vogue, er, was a huge thing."

Before adding of their marriage: "You make it work, you make difficult situations... er, like travelling away, being away from each other, you make it work."
Victoria, 44, will no doubt be delighted to hear the new comments, after being left in floods of tears when he revealed their relationship was "hard work";.
His remarks came just four months after the couple were hit by unfounded claims that their 19-year marriage was on the rocks.
A pal told The Sun on Sunday last night: “When Victoria was given the heads-up on Wednesday about David’s interview, she was absolutely devastated.

"She has no idea why he would say such insensitive things and publicly embarrass her like this.
“As you can imagine, it was as if a nuclear bomb had gone off in the Beckham household when she found out."
Victoria has even fled to a German stress-management clinic in the wake of her husband's interview.
However, the couple have since reunited in Sydney, Australia, where they are holidaying with their kids - Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 13, and Harper, seven.
