STRICTLY Come Dancing bosses are thought to be in "crisis talks" over Seann Walsh and Katya Jones' future on the show after their drunken kiss.
The pair, both in long-term relationships, were pictured snogging in the street last week and the BBC are now deciding whether to axe them altogether amid the backlash.
Seann has not been seen since he was publicly dumped by girlfriend Rebecca Humphries, while Katya emerged looking miserable this morning as the scandal rages on.
And, according to the , the pair have been told to hold off training for Saturday night's show while producers decide whether to keep them on the line-up at all.
Bosses are said to holding "crisis talks" over their place in the competition, as the backlash to the kiss will likely result in them being voted off next week.
However, they are also debating whether to keep Katya on as a professional for group dances, or simply cut them from the show completely and put the drama to bed.
Since The Sun On Sunday revealed the photos last week, both Seann and Katya have posted grovelling apologies to social media.
Seann's girlfriend Rebecca later called him out on Twitter for his "inappropriate and hurtful" behaviour and confirmed she had moved out of the home they shared.
She revealed the kiss happened on the night of her birthday, and that Seann had "aggressively" called her a "psycho" when she voiced her suspicions he was cheating.
The post quickly went viral and received support from Scottish Women's Aid as well as number of celebrities.
Meanwhile Katya’s husband, Strictly dancer Neil, has tried to ignore the scandal by throwing himself back into work.
Insiders went on to claim that Seann and Katya had been flirtatious on the show since "day one", with their "tactile" behaviour not going unnoticed by co-stars.
Yet, Neil's family rallied round Katya on Twitter today, having been in a relationship with the British dancer for ten years.
The Sun Online has contacted the BBC for comment.
