ROXANNE Pallett will reportedly not be paid her £750,000 fee after walking out of the Celebrity Big Brother house.
The actress, who was thought to be one of the highest-paid contestants in the show's history, suddenly quit the show this morning after rowing with Ryan Thomas over their play fight.
The former Emmerdale star, 35, scooped a £750,000 contract earlier this year, with producers hoping she would discuss the horror car crash that saw her airlifted to hospital last month.
However, her fee is under question now she has made a shock exit from the house, after accusing actor Ryan of "punching her like a boxer" during a seemingly innocent play fight.
In addition to this, Roxanne also won't get an exit interview - leaving fans demanding the actress to give an explanation for her behaviour in the house.
One tweeted: "The only sad thing is we won’t ever get to see her interview with Emma explaining herself," while another said: "Left by the back door and dodged any interviews! Conniving!"
Following Ben Jardine's eviction last night, the housemates were discussing the incident when Jermaine Pennant revealed they do not get paid if they walk.
According to Metro, Dan said of Roxanne, who stormed off following Ben's departure: "She’s been caught out and she must know she is part of the reason that Ben’s gone.
"And also you can hear everyone shouting get Roxanne out – like come on."
Gabby Allen added: "Yeah, you don’t want to leave to that do you?"
Before footballer Jermaine said: "The thing is, if you leave you don’t get your fee."
Former contestant Denise Welch later echoed his sentiment on Twitter, having appeared on the show in 2012.
Slamming the star for her behaviour, she wrote to fans: "Also, if you walk you don’t get paid. The end x"
Viewers also expressed their hopes that Roxanne does not receive her fee on Twitter, with many claiming it should go to charity.
One wrote: "As Roxanne has walked out does that mean she won't be paid her full fee? That's something at least! Big Brother should give the rest to charity. Or to Ryan!"
Another added: "I hope Roxanne is not paid her appearance fee for this show. She has walked, or more likely advised by #cbb to walk.."
Further viewers wrote: "Roxanne should only get paid if she keeps to her contract and appears on #CBBBOTS,other wise her payment goes to a charity"
And: "I'm assuming due to Roxanne walking she won't be paid? (Basically ruined her career for free) So how about donating her fee to a domestic violence charity?"
While another agreed furiously: "@bbuk I hope you’ve not paid her a penny. And if you have Roxanne should donate it all to a domestic violence charity after her vile accusations."
The Sun Online has contacted representatives of Celebrity Big Brother for comment.
The actress walked from the house this morning, with her spokesperson stating: "Roxanne decided to leave the CBB house late last night after deliberating for two days with some sensitive issues she felt strongly about.
"She has now been reunited with her fiancé and family and thanks everyone for their support during her time in the show."
Roxanne's shock departure comes after she claimed Ryan "punched" her during a play fight, causing him to be issued with an official warning.
Fans were quick to take Ryan's side over the incident, with many suggesting Roxanne's story was overblown, and several of his former co-stars rushing to defend him on Twitter.
