The pink-haired US actress looked divine as she paired a white crop top with torn jeans, drawing all eyes to her minuscule midriff.
The cheeky 19-year-old stuck her tongue out as snappers as she strolled past in the attention-grabbing outfit, which she topped off with black cowboy boots.
The former Disney star clutched her phone and a health drink for the work appointment in Pasadena, California.
It comes after Bella's most high profile romance, with Kourtney Kardashian's 34-year-old baby daddy Scott Disick, appeared to start up again.
