Tiger King’s Joe Exotic ‘hired male prostitutes and hid dead bodies in zoo,’ new owner alleges
TIGER King star Joe Exotic has been accused of failing to pay male prostitutes and hiding dead bodies of protestors on his property in Oklahoma.
Joe, who is currently serving 22 years in prison for animal cruelty and conspiring to kill animal rights activist, Carole Baskin, has been accused of the shocking crimes by his former business partner, Jeff Lowe.
Jeff now runs the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Zoo in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, after Joe allegedly lied about a HIV diagnosis to manipulate his friend to invest in the park, and he has told that after he discovered "horrendous" things on the property.
Copies of emails shown by Jeff to DailyMail.com allegedly reveal that Joe "would meet the young men from Craigslist ads, promise them money to come down and have sex with him".
"I'm not leaving until I get my money, Joe promised me $400," Jeff claims a man once told him, after he discovered him wandering around the zoo one morning.
"We also found pictures of stuffed animals where the mouths and ends of the animals had holes cut out in them where they would use them as their own sex toy," Jeff claimed.
Jeff met Joe in 2015 when he was interested in gaining advice on purchasing a zoo in Colorado.
However Joe encouraged Jeff to invest in his Oklahoma zoo, and Jeff and his wife Lauren took it over in 2018 when Joe went to prison.
In a March 2020 Facebook post, they hinted that they helped to bring Joe down, writing: "
"Meet the couple who risked it all to take down the Tiger King when nobody else could."
One of his most shocking claims is that 57-year-old Joe may have helped to bury dead bodies on the property.
"After Joe was arrested, four locals who didn't know each other told me that there could be dead bodies buried on my property," said Jeff.
He claims that an employee shot two protestors who were attempting to break in to the zoo at night.
The employees, who were high at the time, told Joe who "allegedly instructed them to put the bodies into the cavity of the big construction tires they have out there that weigh about 200lbs each".

"He then told them to throw gasoline on it and light it on fire to burn the bodies," claimed Jeff, "Joe thought the dead protestors were working with PETA and they were UK citizens, which is why they never showed up on a missing person's report."
Jeff says he reported this to authorities who inspected the property, however "it was the area where Joe had thrown animal bones at for years".
He claims that the FBI decided to wait for Joe's sentencing before determining whether it was worth spending up to $1 million to excavate and search the area, but alleges that they have never been back in touch.
The Sun has reached out to lawyers for Joe for comment.
