Onice Flores was presenting a weather forecast on television in Honduras when she decided to announce some upcoming sunshine with the cheeky stunt.
The brunette beauty, 18,continued with her prediction as she unbuttoned a loose blue raincoat to reveal a tight-fitting yellow bikini underneath.
Flores, also known as Campanita (Little Bell), was presenting the weather segment on entertainment programme "Que Guasa" (What Joke) broadcast by HCH.
Flinging open her dress, the former beauty queen remarked casually: "It is hot here. We will have 30 degrees this week."
She added that there would be some storms and said: "The day will be wet."
Flores also warned of strong winds that "will be able to lift your skirt".
So her saucy recommendation to lady viewers was: "I would recommend not wearing any clothes."
Onice Flores is a well known TV host in Honduras and has also represented her country in the Miss Teen World beauty contest held in El Salvador.
Honduran media reported in February that she had put a relationship with TV host Juan Solomon Garcia behind her and found love again with a new but unnamed beau.
