A MYSTERY Lotto winner has just days to claim their £1m Euromillions prize - as punters are urged to check their tickets.

The winner, from Somerset, has until the weekend to claim the mega prize.

The £1m Millionaire Maker prize ticket was bought in North Somerset in the April 30th draw.

If prizes are not claimed by the six month deadline, the cash goes to the good causes fund.

The warning comes just days after a ticket holder from the UK became the country's biggest ever winner after claiming the staggering £170million EuroMillions jackpot.

The lucky punter matched all five main numbers - 07, 10, 15, 44, 49 - as well as the two lucky stars - 03, 12 - on October 8's draw.

They are now richer than singer Ed Sheeran, who is worth an estimated £160million and Adele who is worth around £150million.

Camelot said there would be no information on whether the winner is an individual or a syndicate, or where the ticket was bought, unless the ticket-holder decides to go public.
