NEYMAR will be remembered for one thing at the 2018 World Cup: diving.
And a group of fans from Mexico's Club Tijuana mocked the Brazil forward by rolling around the pitch in imitation during a half-time contest.
Neymar was expected to light up the tournament and show fans across the planet why Paris Saint-Germain shelled out a world-record £198million transfer fee to sign him last August.
And while they did get the odd moment of magic, he also wasted an incredible 14 MINUTES of viewers' time rolling around on the floor.
Fans mocked Neymar with brilliant memes on social media even before his Oscar-worthy performance when Mexico's ex-Watford full-back Miguel Layun trod on his foot in Brazil's 2-0 win in the last-16.
But Mexican fans have got their own back by racing each other to reach end of the pitch from the halfway line during a friendly with Costa Rican outfit Herediano.
Costa Rica were also on the receiving end of Neymar's antics when he threw himself on the ground throughout their group-stage match.
Neymar dived to win a penalty which was overturned after a review, with the forward then booked for trying to con the referee.
He went on to score deep into stoppage time as Brazil grabbed a 2-0 win.
But both Costa Rican and Mexican fans had the last laugh as tournament favourites Brazil were dumped out of the quarter-finals with a 2-1 defeat after Belgium's brilliant display on Saturday.
Neymar quickly became the laughing stock of the World Cup and fast food giants KFC jumped in to have a pop.
A new craze - dubbed 'the Neymar challenge' - also swept the internet to mock the Brazilian's diving antics.
Even Diego Maradona claimed the forward "has to change" his ways.
France starlet Kylian Mbappe was accused of 'doing a Neymar' when he tumbled theatrically during the quarter-final win over Uruguay.
