World Cup 2018: Marcelo returns to Brazil training as Casemiro says Selecao can’t rely on Neymar who has ANOTHER new haircut
Real Madrid defender was forced off after 10 minutes against Serbia and is expected to replace Felipe Luis for Mexico clash tomorrow
MARCELO has handed Brazil a boost by returning to training after injury while Neymar looks to mean business with his new haircut.
Real Madrid full-back Marcelo was forced off early in the final group game win over Serbia with a back injury and was replaced by Felipe Luis.
Marcelo is hoping for a recall for the last 16 game against Mexico in Samara tomorrow, with the winners set to face either Belgium or Japan in the quarter-finals.
But his Los Blancos team-mate Casemiro has warned Brazil they must all step up to plate and not rely on Neymar to be their match-winner.
The defensive midfielder plays behind Cristiano Ronaldo at club level so has experience of superstars getting teams out of trouble.
He said: “Football will always have one or two players that people talk about.

“Of course, Neymar is undoubtedly that player for us here - there is no way to hide that.
“But if you don’t have a good team, you won’t be able to win.
“We have other wonderful players too. We also had in the past Romario, Pele, Ronaldo, but the whole group must be good.
“It’s important to have all 11 players playing together.”
Ahead of the Round of 16 tie, Neymar found time for yet another new haircut.
Having been ridiculed for his 'spaghetti' hairdo during the group stages, the PSG man has gone with a slick looking trim.
Brazil can make history in Russia by winning the World Cup for the sixth time, but the exciting Mexicans are up next.
Casemiro added: “We are totally aware that we only make history if we win and that’s what we’re trying to do.
“We are growing into the competition, which is normal, and we are only going to get better.
“We may play a great game and be eliminated, this is football. But if we lose, we will lose with a great performance.”
