PANAMA'S roughing up tactics have been hilariously mocked by England fans.

The World Cup minnows pulled out every trick in the book to try and prevent the Three Lions running riot in their group stage encounter.

It hasn't worked with Gareth Southgate's side heading into half-time 5-0 in front - including two first-half penalties.

Despite the referee's warnings, Panama unbelievably continue to grapple the England players during every set-piece.

They were eventually punished, with the official pointing to the spot before Harry Kane grabbed his second and England's fifth of the contest.

And viewers were quick to mock their tactics by claiming the Panama side would be more suited to WWE.

Panama have also been fortunate not to receive a red card after more than one elbows on England players.

Jesse Lingard took one in the first half before Harry Maguire was also on the receiving end of a flailing arm.

There remains a danger they could lose their heads even more after suffering a first half collapse.

John Stones headed England in front before Kane made it two from the spot.
