MOHAMED SALAH had to ask an Egypt fan to get away from him as the eager supporter wrapped his arm around the Liverpool winger's injured shoulder for a picture.
The 25-year-old is in a race to be fit for the Pharaohs' World Cup opener against Uruguay on Friday after suffering a dislocated shoulder last month.
Salah came off worse in a collision with Real Madrid centre-back Sergio Ramos in the Champions League final, putting his World Cup hopes in jeopardy.
And the Reds winger is still clearly feeling the pain of his injury as he winced when being greeted by a fan.
The former Chelsea forward was set upon as soon as he got off the team bus, with the supporter taking his phone out to take a selfie.
He then proceeded to hug Salah - who was forced to take action to get him off his shoulder - as security intervened to usher the star away into a nearby facility.
Salah fired Egypt to their first World Cup since 1990, after netting a double in their final qualification match against Congo.
Russian defender Ilya Kutepov said the hosts will use dirty tricks to try and stop the ex-Roma ace should he feature against them on June 19.
He said: "Salah's game doesn't worry me. How do you stop him? Well, you can do what Sergio Ramos did for example.
"He showed us one way of stopping him and I can't say that I was upset when I watched him get injured in the final.
"I wish him a quick recovery and I'll be happy if he plays at the World Cup because it helps you improve when you play against such a genius."
Salah has recently insisted he believes Ramos may have deliberately injured him in Kiev as he hit back at the Spanish international.
