THE GUNNERS are reportedly planning to lure Romania's finest youth stars to the club in a bid to mirror Chelsea's success with their youngsters from across Europe. The Blues are flying high this season with the help of their starlets and Gunners chief Edu reckons Romania is where the talent that will help his side win trophies reside.
