Hollyoaks star Jude Monk McGowan’s huge bulge steals the show in workout leaving fans sweating as boss deletes tweets

HOLLYOAKS fans got a little more than they bargained for when star Jude Monk McGowan uploaded his latest workout video and supposedly flashed his "bulge".

The Channel 4 soap, which has suspended filming amid the coronavirus pandemic, took the break from on-screen action as a chance to showcase the fitness skills of the actor behind Liam Donovan.

Jude first burst onto the Cheshire soap in August 2018 and also boasts a PT qualification in addition to his acting skills.

A short clip posted on the Hollyoaks page detailed his "workout for the isolated times" which required toilet paper, a sofa and a bottle of wine as props.

He started with high knees and moved on to star jumps and floor taps, with 20 seconds on each routine.

Yet despite the intensity of the routine, cheeky fans commented underneath to say they were distracted by his "bulge" during the routine.

Hollyoaks uploaded the 20-minute HIIT workout with the words: "Here he is!
"@judemonkmcgowan presents his #WorkoutWednesday using some pretty interesting props!

"Not to mention a little challenge you can jump on! Show him your progress here
@JudeMcGowanPT... You're in for a treat with this one!"

Yet bosses were then forced to delete some of the more crude remarks off the social media site.

Some witty ones, though, remained, with one fan musing: "Think his trousers are a little tight."
Another confessed: "Having a hard time keep my eyes up here!" while a third simply put a row of wide-eyed Emoji icons and the word: "bulge."

One then surmised: "Did anyone actually listen to what he had to say or were people as distracted as I was?"
