Love Island’s Curtis Pritchard to shift two stone he gained in the villa as new face of Weight Watchers
CURTIS Pritchard was always going to look like any normal bloke after ditching dancing for six weeks and standing next to a load of gym bores in the Love Island villa.
But the ballroom dancer is now going to get paid to shift some holiday weight as he is the new face of Weight Watchers.
He landed the big-money deal after struggling to exercise on the ITV2 series while cavorting in his trunks in the Majorcan sunshine.
Curtis, who is dating Irish former grid girl Maura Higgins will follow the slimming firm’s healthy eating regime to try to get back to his former size.
As an ambassador for the brand, the reality favourite — brother of Strictly pro AJ — follows in the footsteps of singer Robbie Williams and This Morning reporter Alison Hammond.
A source said: “Curtis is delighted with the deal and can’t wait to get started on the healthy recipes.
“He wants to feel confident in his swimwear again and get a six-pack again like his brother AJ. He’d hate to be known as the bigger brother.”
When he left the villa in July, Curtis said: “I did put on a bit of weight, around 2st.
"I enjoyed myself in the villa and I didn’t exercise a lot.
“I liked to treat myself every now again with food — this was just for eight weeks. We do so much training when we’re dancing.
“You can eat more food, I’m hoping to start training again soon. I find it good physically and mentally. I need to sort my diet out, that’s the main thing.
“You can work out, but if you don’t have a meal plan with a decent diet you’ve got no chance.
"Hopefully AJ will give me some tips on getting a six-pack back.”
Good luck, mate.

Jamie has Mack on the attack
LEE MACK looks like he’s done with his team mates as he aims a chair at Jamie Redknapp.
My exclusive snap shows the pair larking around and testing the footballer’s acting skills on A League Of Their Own, which airs tonight at 9pm on Sky One.
They are joined by hockey player Sam Quek, comic Kevin Bridges and sprinter Dina Asher-Smith, with Freddie Flintoff in the host’s chair.
On the show, Lee also breaks objects over Jamie’s head.
Given his history of soccer injuries, Jamie will probably have to miss the next few shows.

Perri's a skate signing
DESPITE Diversity star Ashley Banjo being a judge on Dancing On Ice, bosses have signed his pal Perri Kiely.
The Britain’s Got Talent street dancing winner is an early favourite to win the ITV series as he has heaps of dancing experience and is a pro at gymnastics.
A telly source said: “Bosses are over the moon they’ve managed to land Perri for the new series.
"He’s got bucket loads of personality and they’re convinced he’ll bring great energy to the show.
“There’s also no doubt he’ll be able to pull off some amazing moves. If he can do the stunts on ice too he stands a great chance of winning.”
He’ll join Michael Barrymore and Maura Higgins on the series. I’m sure Ashley will be able to remain objective.

He said: “It’s ridiculous we weren’t thinking of a female Doctor. In 2004, in me they picked yet another white skinny male.”

Queen hail Ms Moffatt
I WISH I could look as confident as Scarlett Mofatt when posing with some of the best-dressed drag queens in the country.
The former Goggleboxer had clearly received the memo about wearing bright colours, as she wore a vivid yellow asymmetric top for the premiere of TV show Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK.

The hit US show has been picked up by BBC3 and will see the UK drag acts put to the test as they compete to be crowned the winner.
They all look better in frocks than I could ever dream of.
