Love Island’s Anton reveals he STILL loves ex Belle and there is chemistry between them as he breaks his silence on their split

LOVE Island's Anton Danyluk hints he could get back together with ex Belle Hassan as he breaks his silence for the first time since their split.

The reality TV star tells The Sun Online that they "still have chemistry", adding: "I believe in second chances, definitely."

Fans were shocked when Love Island favourites Anton, and Tamer Hassan's daughter Belle called time on their romance earlier this month.

But in a candid chat with the Sun Online as he announced his role as an ambassador for World Merit, Anton revealed how he really felt about the beauty, saying: "There will always be something there between me and Belle.

"No matter if I marry someone else. I'll never have an experience like what I had with Belle in that place, and I'll love and respect her for that always."

Anton, 24, added: "But we still make sure we speak to each other everyday, which is really really nice that we can keep up that friendship, and who knows in the future what it might lead to."

He spoke about how it was difficult to keep their relationship going when they left the villa.

Anton, who has just become a World Merit Ambassador for United Nations Sustainable Development Goal to promote Good Health and Wellbeing, said: "The love thing, well obviously I met Belle in the show and had an amazing experience with her.

"I speak to Belle every single day. Myself and her are very good friends now.

"The thing I was always sceptical about was the relationship because we had gone from spending literally 24 hours a day with each other to then being lucky if we saw each other once a month. I'm never in the same city for more than one day at the minute. So it's absolute madness."

Anton explained their decision to call it a day, saying: He said: "We came out of the villa. Obviously we went through an amazing experience in there.

"Nothing really happened. I've seen Belle about three times in six weeks. There's been times when we didn't speak for 3 days because we had literally been so busy.

"So I wouldn't say anything happened, it's just been really hard to make a relationship work. It's effectively a long distance relationship."
