LOVE Island favourite Amy Hart has been targeted by mean trolls, who have mocked her for writing that she 'got dumped' and 'made the nation cry' in her instagram bio.
The 27 year-old recently changed her bio on the picture-sharing site to: "Went to a villa, fell in love, got dumped, made the nation cry, came back stronger."
But while the popular reality star has amassed an army of fans and now boasts 1 million followers on instagram, several cruel people couldn't resist trolling her over her heartfelt words.
One Love Island fan wrote: 'No way as anybody read Amy Instagram bio can’t stop laughing'.
Another said: 'No I’m sorry but has everyone seen Amy’s Instagram bio AHAHAHA LOVE IT'.
A third added: 'LOL i’m sorry but what is amy’s bio on insta'.
As a result of the backlash, Amy swiftly deleted the bio and changed it to: "Fun at the firepit".
The trolling is a low point in an otherwise whirlwind week-and-a-half since the air hostess chose to leave the villa.
She has graced the cover of OK! magazine, appeared on Loose Women and, as The Sun Online exclusively revealed, has been invited back onto the panel show to be a guest panellist this coming Wednesday.
She also celebrated her 27th birthday, attended the ITV summer bash, where she was consoled by Robbie Williams, and even made friends with Gemma Collins.
She has also had an impressive makeover, cutting her blond locks into a long, wavy bob and sporting a chic wardrobe to various events.
MORE ON LOVE ISLAND
Amy, who has admitted she is no longer watching Love Island, certainly seems far happier than she did towards the end of her time in the villa.
She chose to walk out of her own accord after her relationship with dancer Curtis Pritchard crashed and burned and she saw him grow close to Maura Higgins.
In a move praised by fans, Amy chose to put her own mental health and happiness above staying on television and decided to walk away.
