Peter Andre slams Love Island’s Michael for ‘brutal’ treatment of Amber
PETER Andre has hit out at Love Island star Michael Griffiths for his "brutal" treatment of Amber Gill.
The 27-year-old firefighter has faced fierce backlash for his behaviour towards his former flame - and has seemingly now lost one of his famous supporters.

Last night's episode of the show saw Love Island fans call for Michael to be booted from the villa after he treated Amber "like a dog".
After his partner Joanna was dumped, Michael was seen to aggressively tell Amber to "sit down" before harshly enforcing that he was no longer interested in her romantically.
And Peter, 46, thought that his actions were uncalled for, taking to his Instagram page to slam Michael.
Sharing Amber's promotional photo for the ITV2 dating show, Peter wrote: "I guess we only see a snapshot of convos on this show but this girl should not have been treated the way she was.

"Even if the guy didn’t realise how harsh he was you gotta feel for Amber.
"She started out with a tough exterior but is now for me one of the nicest."
He went on to add the hashtag "brutal".
Most of Peter's followers agreed with his comments, with the people managing Amber's social media accounts while she is in the villa commenting a trio of heart emojis.

Peter previously heaped praise on Michael, claiming that he gets compared to the buff TV star "all the time" - but insisted that Michael has the "better bod".
Michael has suffered a fall from grace in the villa after being one of the most popular contestants, alongside Amber.
It all changed during the programme's iconic Casa Amor twist, when he decided to snub his partner in favour of new girl Joanna.

The star was then accused of "gaslighting" his ex as he blamed her "childish" and "pathetic" qualities for his decision to dump her.
It all came to a head last night when he once again told her that he wasn't interested following Joanna's elimination.
Visibly upset, Amber later confided in the girls: "As if it's me who brought someone back from Casa Amor.
"All I wanted was to be friends with him."
Fellow Islander Maura also slammed Michael's actions, expressing her shock at the way he spoke to her as she called the hunk "rude".
