LOVE Island made an epic continuity gaffe in last night's episode as Amber Gill's pillow miraculously moved mid-scene.

The blunder took place while Amber, 21, was chatting to Maura Higgins, Molly-Mae Hague and Anna Vakili on the balcony about whether she should tell Michael Griffiths that she still carries a torch for him.

At the start of the scene, the blue pillow was by Amber's side, but when the camera angle changed, the pillow was suddenly underneath her bum.

And keen-eyed fan Emma Paris quickly spotted the continuity error and pointed it out on Twitter, saying: "@LoveIsland well done on the editing. Not only using the same actress within the last few eps but now this little blunder look at amber's pillow."

The scene in question saw Amber gushing about her date with Ovie, before deliberating about whether to come clean to Michael - who has been coupled up with Joanna Chimonides since Casa Amor - about her lingering feelings.

"I tell you now, if he says to me, 'No I want to crack on with [Joanna]', I don't want to be here no more," Amber told her pals.

"You get one life, Amber, one. Do what you have to do," Maura said to her.

But the impact of Maura's advice is lost when you notice the pillow magically moving position.

Says an insider: "It stands to reason that Love Island producers have to edit scenes as they film hundreds of hours worth of footage and the show is only on for an hour a night."

In Saturday's Unseen Bits episode, a tourist was spotted gatecrashing Chris and Belle's date.

And earlier this month, Molly Mae Hague's name was misspelt on-screen as 'Mollie-Mae' during a scene in which she was snogging Tommy in the bedroom.

Fans were also left scratching their hands when Curtis and Amy were shown holding hands as Craig David performed in the villa, despite breaking up days before.

The cock-up caused viewers to question whether scenes are shown in a different order to being filmed, with some even branding the show a 'fix'.
