IT IS WHAT IT IS

Love Island’s Tommy Fury angers Joe by flirting with Lucie as they hit the rocks before dramatic recoupling

LOVE Island’s Tommy Fury will anger Joe by flirting with Lucie tonight as their relationship hits the rocks hours before a dramatic recoupling.

In a teaser clip from tonight’s show, the 20-year-old boxer is seen whispering into Lucie’s ear before the pair play games together in the kitchen.

Laughing loudly as they mess around on a one-to-one, the other islanders are confused about what’s going on.

It’s not clear if the pair are just winding everyone up or whether Tommy has had yet another change of heart about who he connects with.

Whatever it is, Joe is left furious by Lucie’s behaviour.

He tells Amber: “She was just there with the girls and then they started whispering and she walked away. Like, I can see it.”

In a conversation with Molly-Mae just hours before the recoupling, Joe says: “I was head over heels because she’s so pretty and I was just ready to fall for somebody.

“Now it’s a person I’m really unsure about.”

Meanwhile Elma thinks her feelings are growing towards Anton, or as she puts it: “He’s a good egg, I’m a good egg. I think we’d make a good omelette.”

But it puts single Anna in a tricky position as she’s seen in tears when she fears Anton won’t choose her in the recoupling.

He had promised to stand by her in a friendship couple – until Elma walked in and now admits his “head if f***ed”.

“I’m in a s****y situation where I’m not in a couple, and I can’t couple up with any of you because you’;re like my brothers.

“I have no choice, but just to f***ing sit here and have someone telling me they have my back, oh but then they might not have my back.

“I don’t need it. Whatever’s meant to be will happen.

“I’m just in such a s****y place.”

The Islanders are told it will be down to the boys to decide who stays and who goes.

After the dramas from the past week between Tommy and love rivals Moly-Mae and Maura, the boxer admits he’s still torn.
