It's returning TONIGHT so brace yourself for some serious entertainment as the Islanders grapple with the demands of parenthood.

And from a preview from tonight's show it looks like the Islanders are VERY excited about the challenge - well all of them except Anna who is not ready to play happy families with her cheating ex Jordan.

Speaking in the Beach Hut, she said: "I don’t know whose baby that is, because it’s not mine. He probably doesn’t even know whose baby it is himself."

India and Ovie name their baby Raymond Junior, Curtis and Maura call theirs Bella, Molly-Mae and Tommy go with Tommy Junior (TJ), Chris and Harley choose Penny-Sue Tinkerbell, Anton and Belle name their baby Valentino and Amber and Greg name their little one Kobe.

A show insider told The Sun:"It's one of the most popular tasks of the show, which never fails to entertain fans.

"Although it always pushes the couples' buttons it's a fun and lighthearted moment that gives islanders an, often terrifying, glimpse into the future."

What is the Love Island baby challenge?

In the past, the Islanders were all woken by a chorus of screams from a number of baby dolls in what usually becomes the biggest test of their relationships yet.

Each couple is usually assigned a baby and automatically become new 'parents', which means they must tend to their baby's every need which includes feeding as well as nappy changes.

Not all the Islanders rise to the task, with most often struggling to even deal with the idea of looking after a toddler.

Couples are known to throw themselves into life as parents for one day in the villa

What happened during the task in season four?

Jack and Laura originally named their son before a nappy change revealed they are actually parents to a daughter, who was then called Aubrey Crane Fowler.

Wes and Megan's daughter was called Mia Ruby Nelson and Alex and Alexandra named their daughter Ella Louis George.

Paul and Laura's daughter was called Arabella Knops.

Josh and Kaz called their son Prince Kavana Joshua Denzel and Jack and Dani's daughter was called Kimberley Flo Fincham.

Last year, Josh and Megan were both extremely vocal about their opinions about being a parent.

The challenge also officially marked the end of the legendary Do Bits Society with founder Wes rebranding it as The Daddy Daycare Society.

What days in the week is Love Island on ITV2?

You can get your fix of the show every night on ITV2 at 9pm where the main programme, hilariously narrated by Iain Stirling, gives you the lowdown on all the goings-on in the villa - from couples cracking on to singletons getting mugged off.

Saturday night's show differs from the rest of the week, as it is a round-up of all the best bits from the villa that week - and maybe some unseen footage.

If that’s not enough, you can also watch Caroline Flack's spin off show Aftersun on Sunday nights at 10pm after the main show has aired, where she discusses the latest action with celebrity guests, as well as those eliminated from the villa.
