Huge Love Island blunder as fans spot Mike and Leanne’s outfits change mid-date – and brand show ‘fake’
CONFUSED Love Island viewers have branded the show fake after noticing Leanne Amaning and Mike Boateng were in different outfits on their date to the ones they left the villa in.
The fan favourite couple enjoyed some time together away from the villa for the first time with a relaxing spa session.

And while viewers were pleased to see more of the pair on screen, after claims they'd been ignored in recent episodes, they felt the editing gaffe detracted from it.
One fan wrote on Twitter: "Im a bit confused about Leanne going on that date in a dress and then suddenly being at the date in a different outfit lol #LoveIsland."
A second posted: "Has anyone else clocked that the outfit Leanne was wearing before she left the villa was the outfit she was wearing on the “date” but left the villa and returned in a dress .... where the footage of her in the dress ... #LoveIsIand."
A third asked: "Why is she back in the outfit before she was “told about the date”? Things like that drive me mad 😩😩😩 so fake and I don’t want it to be 😩😂 #loveisland."

Another vented: "Leanne got a text saying she was going on a date while wearing an outfit then got changed for her date but turned up to her date in the exact same outfit she was wearing when she got the text saying they where going on a date, love island is sooo scripted and fake."
While a fifth quizzed: "Did anyone else notice Leanne and Mike’s outfits were different in the massage clips to the ones they left and came back in 😂 #loveisland
@loveisland."

Last summer Love Island was branded 'a £136million fake with producers writing scripts, re-shooting scenes and treating cast like performing animals'.
Insiders claimed that every inch of the show was managed by producers and islanders were even told who to sleep with.
However, bosses denied the claims and addressed the criticism to the Sun Online in a statement.
It read: "Love Island is not scripted.
"As anyone who watches the show regularly would know, Love Island is a combination of reality and produced elements that are reflective of what's happening in the villa, and is a fair and accurate representation of villa life.
"We have always been completely transparent about this and the way the show is produced.

"This is often acknowledged in the voice over by Iain Stirling. It is absolutely untrue to suggest that Love Island is fake. The opinions they have and the relationships formed are completely within the control of the Islanders themselves.
"As we have said since series one, Love Island is a combination of reality and produced elements."
A source claimed to the that producers cared more about ratings than the individuals who take part.
They also said producers on the show manipulated contestants to achieve their desired outcomes.
A source told the publication: "People don’t realise how scripted it is, how much the producers influence it.
"It is completely disingenuous and a lot of the time very, very fake. It isn’t fair to mislead the audience like that.

"The producers don’t care what they’re doing to people as long as they’re making their ratings. We were treated like performing animals and the current cast are still."
A second source, who took part in the show in 2017, said they overheard cast members learning lines after producers explained what they should say in a scene.
They said: "We heard them learning their scripts off by heart. They were going over and over what they were going to say. Nobody would have had to practise so long if it was genuine. We were kept away so they had time to do it."
And one more co-star claimed "when the boys choose which girl they want to pair up with, they are told by staff who to go for."
