Kourtney Kardashian shades Kim with new Christmas activity after sister was bashed for ‘wasteful’ gingerbread houses
KOURTNEY Kardashian appeared to throw some subtle shade at her sister Kim after she posted pictures of her wholesome family activity.
Kim recently came under fire for splurging on luxury gingerbread houses for her children, worth up to $500 each.
On Monday, the eldest Kardashian sister decided she also wanted gingerbread houses for her kids, but went for a more homemade family style.
The Poosh founder constructed and decorated the gingerbread houses with her and Scott Disick's children, Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8.
Kourtney's newborn baby Rocky, who arrived at the beginning of November with Travis Barker, was not mentioned.
While they were not quite as fancy as Kim's, Kourtney happily shared her cute candy-covered houses on her Instagram Story.
'WASTEFUL'
This Christmas display came right after Kim was shaded for being 'wasteful' for buying her children pre-made expensive gingerbread houses.
Kim showed off her collection of gingerbread houses from Solvang Bakery, which cost up to $500 each.
She showed the on Instagram, which had round cookies with the names for each of her children.
The Hulu star and her ex-husband, Kanye West, 46, share four children: North, 10; Saint, 8; Chicago, 5; and Psalm, 4.

Kim captioned the post: "These make our holiday season so special."
In the comments section of a, critics slammed the reality star for spending time on social media instead of with her kids.
One critic said: "Do your children no longer build gingerbread houses with you anymore?"
Another critic added: "Why not have fun making it with your kids…?"
A third mentioned: "Why don’t you build your own houses instead of buying one for each kid, and it gets wasted?"
Another commentator chimed: "I thought the point of a gingerbread house is to make it with your kids to spend quality time with them. Not buy it ready."
IN HIDING
According to an insider, Kim, 43, still hasn't met her new nephew Rocky as Kourtney has been reportedly keeping a strict "invite-only rule" for anyone coming to visit her baby boy, The U.S. Sun exclusively learned in early November.
The source exclusively told The U.S. Sun: "Kourtney is going to be introducing the new baby to her family on an 'invite-only' basis.
"[Kourtney] and Travis have communicated that they will be taking 'family only' time for the newly blended family and for Kourt to rest, and then they will be inviting the extended family over on an individual basis," the insider explained.
