Tyga wants sole custody of his and Blac Chyna’s son King Cairo, 11, after model demanded child support from rapper

TYGA has reportedly requested sole custody of his and Blac Chyna's son King Cairo amid a child support dispute.

The social media model previously demanded that her baby daddy pay a hefty amount in child support, claiming she was struggling financially while raising that child and one she shares with Rob Kardashian.

Tyga, 33, filed a response to his ex's earlier filing, in which she asked for more visitation with King, 11, according to .

Blac Chyna, 35, asked the court to increase her visitation, claiming she was only seeing her son for 24 hours a week, and requested that her son's father be ordered to pay her legal bills.

In his response, the Taste rapper requested full physical and legal custody of King and the child's mother be granted "reasonable visitation" on weekends.

He also asked that Blac Chyna provide written permission if seeking to leave the state with King and suggested that they maintain the holiday schedule currently in place.

Blac Chyna previously told ET: "The most important thing for me right now is battling my custody case to get my son.

"Once that's out the way, I feel like I can go onto the next thing, but that right now is my main priority. My kids are my main priority ... [and] I'm not gonna give up, at all. Moms don't give up on their kids."

Her initial filing alleged that Tyga was withholding important information about Kind's health, safety, and welfare, including his school and his prescriptions.

CHYNA'S DEMANDS

In August, Blac Chyna filed paperwork seeking financial support from Tyga.

At the time, she was claiming that she was "broke."

She filed court documents to establish paternity and collect child support, The Blast .

Those legal documents showed that she filed a "petition to determine parental relationship" between Tyga and King.

In the filing, Blac Chyna detailed her living situation and what she believed at the time to be in the "best interest" of her eldest child.

The outlet could not determine the exact amount that the star was seeking, however, it did report that she was likely specific about how much she would need.

Her filing stated: "The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party."

MONEY PROBLEMS

Blac Chyna has been open about her money problems, claiming at one point that she only had $3,000 in her checking account.

She insisted, however, that despite the issues she had a credit score of an impressive 768.

Asked about any investments she might have, she said: "I mean honestly, I just invested in myself."

Blac Chyna revealed drastic changes to her lifestyle, some of which affected her income streams.

The star claimed to have found God, undone her plastic surgery and stepped back from doing Only Fans.

She told at one point that she earned a whopping $2million on the platform but walked away because "God wouldn't want me doing that."

She also previously tweeted about having to sell off a fleet of expensive cars due to lack of funds amid a lawsuit against the Kardashians.

In April 2022, the family was completely cleared of any wrongdoing and Blac Chyna was not awarded any damages.
