TERRIFYING video shows Louis Tomlinson fans running for cover as they were pelted by hail at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado.
Seven people were hospitalized and up to 90 were treated at the concert after hail pummeled the crowd as they waited for the One Direction star to come on stage on Wednesday night.
Video showed first responders outside the amphitheater as some concertgoers took to Twitter with reports of broken fingers and hands, among other injuries.
Inches of hail could be seen covering the seating area of the outdoor venue.
At least seven people were rushed to the hospital and others were said to be stranded because of damage to their cars.
First responders confirmed that victims suffered broken bones and cuts.
"Tonight was the scariest night of my life. It started pelting people with hail at Red Rocks and my sister and I luckily found shelter under a sign," one fan alongside a harrowing video of a crowd running for cover.
"I am bleeding and have huge bumps on my head from the hail. Hoping everyone made it out safely."
Another fan responded: "I'm so sorry. We just left the same show. I have a broken hand from the hail."
A third concertgoer tweeted an image of a large chunk of hail in her hand while another shared video of hail and flooding pouring down a staircase at the venue.

Witnesses said that people were covered in bruises as West Metro Fires Rescue crews worked with the venue on medical treatment.
One posted to Twitter showed someone with large welts all over their arm.
"Golf ball-sized hail. Turns out it hurts. Quite a bit. Sorry your first show at Red Rocks got ruined ," wrote another fan.
The show featuring One Direction member Louis Tomlinson was already delayed just after 8pm and attendees were asked to take shelter, however, an all-clear was given around 8.35pm.
Another delay happened again just before 9.15pm.
"Tonight’s show has officially been postponed," the venue at 10.25pm.
"Please be safe exiting the amphitheatre - we’ll have more information for ticket holders soon."
Fans apparently weren't pleased with the response, with some criticizing the venue for not postponing the show sooner.
One concertgoer told local Fox affiliate that she and her friends took shelter in a bathroom stall for more than an hour before the show was called off.
Another attendee told the news station that she believed her finger was broken and her windshield was shattered.
"Literally the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced," a fan said.
"Should’ve canceled at the first delay. Absolutely ridiculous. Louis must be livid," wrote another person.
A third fan wrote: "Scariest hail storm I’ve ever been caught in. This show should have been cancelled an hour ago."

Tomlinson's team also tweeted from about the show's postponement.
"Unfortunately due to the current weather events in the area, tonight’s show at Red Rocks has been postponed. All ticket holders will be updated in due course."
