See Rob Kardashian’s $7.5M LA mansion featuring huge pool in new photos as rarely-seen brother remains out of spotlight
ROB Kardashian has a luxurious $7.5million hideaway in California that appears to be perfect for his solidarity lifestyle.
Rob, 36, is the lesser-known Kardashian sibling because he does his best to stay out of the spotlight.
After appearing on KUWTK for a few seasons, he slowly transitioned away from the limelight, and now he’s barely seen at all.
Fans are more familiar with his six-year-old daughter Dream – who he had with Blac Chyna, 35 – because she spends a lot of time with her Aunt Khloe, 38.
Recently, new photos of Rob’s impressive multimillion-dollar Los Angeles estate were shared.
The property used to belong to his mother Kris Jenner, 67, when she was married to Caitlyn Jenner, 73.
Fans of the reality television family are very familiar with the inside of the home because the first seasons of KUWTK were filmed there.
The home was originally purchased for $4million in 2010, but it has appreciated to a $7.5million value.
Back in April, The U.S. Sun exclusively reported that property records show that Rob took out a mortgage on the home on June 24, 2019, with JP Morgan Chase Bank for $5.25million – plus interest.
Rob and Dream live in the six-bedroom eight-bathroom Hidden Hills mansion alone, but it has outdoor amenities for a much larger family.
The backyard features a large pool with a built-in hot tub that’s placed next to a large patio covered in pool toys.
A large firepit was placed between the pool and the home, and it’s surrounded by beautiful landscaping.
Hidden under the trees in the back of the yard is a large toy house for Dream to play in. It even has its own porch.
THE LAST ROB SIGHTING
At the end of April, Rob made a rare appearance in a video posted by Khloe on her Instagram story.
In the social media clip, Rob’s face is edited onto a wrestler’s face in a wrestling match.
It appears that he won the fake match, as he took down his opponent.
The video may have been edited, but it does look very realistic.
DREAM A LITTLE DREAM
Earlier this month, Khloe posted a new selfie of herself and her young niece.
The Hulu star shared the sweet photo of herself and Dream on Instagram yesterday.
In the photo, Rob’s daughter and Khloe posed happily for the camera.
The Good American founder wore a black turtleneck top, over which she layered a fluffy jacket.
She had a full face of makeup, with smokey gray eyeshadow and a nude lip, while her blond hair was styled in loose glamorous waves.
Six-year-old Dream smiled while her aunt pouted, with her hair in two neat braids.
She wore a pair of sparkly earrings that glimmered in the sun.
She was dressed very similarly to her aunt, in an all-black top and fluffy outer layer pairing.
Behind the pair, a bright blue sky and plenty of green grass could be seen, with mountains rising in the background.
Khloe captioned the shot: “Dreamy Dream….. such a love,” along with a white heart.
