Rumors have been swirling around the internet that the Kardashian is dating the superstar athlete.
Kim, 42, has been on the hunt for a vacation property, as reported by .
Per the popular gossip Instagram account , Kim was recently spotted using Tom's golf cart to cruise around the area.
A second source claimed the stars are in touch because she's looking to buy property in an area where he has a vacation home.
The same insider also added that Tom said he and the reality TV star are "just friends"; - but then also added the confusing message that they are "having fun."
NEW LOVE FOR KIM?
Kim could be searching for a new love as her past relationship with comedian Pete Davidson ended last year.
Before Pete, she was married to Kanye West, 45, but called it quits in 2021.
A source close to the very famous Kardashian sister told The U.S. Sun that she's been "getting [vacation property] advice" from Tom.
The source said: "He set her up with a few places to look at and she came over [and] they did dinner."

"She's known him for a few years, not close or anything much but through her previous ex Reggie [Bush], but this year they have started to chat.
First they connected when Kanye had included Tom in a rant last year, saying Kim should go marry him - and Kim reached out to do a "sorry."
Last year, Tom left a comment on one of Kanye's Instagram posts that made the Flashing Lights singer go on a rant about Kim's then love, Pete.
Tom commented: "Andreessen Horowitz," with "100" emojis.
In response, Kanye said: "Tom Brady in the comments it's up He must hate Skete tooooo Leave him aloooooone."
"Skete" is what Kanye called Pete.
The source continued: "The [Instagram] chats started from there - then they moved to phone chatting... she’s saying just friends but there is a spark," the source told The U.S. Sun.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Kim's rep for comment.

Earlier this week, Kim showed off her true skin texture, although she eventually held a script binder up in front of her face for the cameras.
The star headed to The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills holding an American Horror Story script.
However, Kim kept it casual for her meeting as she wore cargo pants, a tank top, and let her true skin texture show.
The star appeared to be struggling with a small and normal breakout of pimples around her chin and lower lip.
