Real reason Towie’s Amber Turner and Dan Edgar split after six-year romance revealed
THE Only Way is Essex stars Amber Turner got fed up of waiting for Dan Edgar to pop the question before their split.
It was revealed last week the couple of six years broke up, with Amber, 29, insisting she "wishes him the best".
The blonde beauty announced the news following speculation they had broken up after 32-year-old Dan unfollowed her on Instagram.
Now The Sun can reveal Amber grew tired of waiting to take their relationship to the next step.
A source told The Sun: "Amber has been desperate to settle down for years now, but Dan has always been hesitant.
"She was convinced a proposal would be coming soon after they moved into their dream home together at the end of last year.

"But Dan has failed to make the changes he promised to make for Amber and still seems undecided about the future.
"Amber was always willing to give Dan time as he shied away from commitment, but she lost patience.
"She knows she wants to get married and have children. She didn't want to waste anymore time on someone who wasn't ready."
In the latest series of Towie - which was filmed three months ago - Amber admitted they'd gone through a "s*** time".

In a conversation with Dan and her best friends Courtney Green and Chloe Meadows, Amber said "things are good" between them after a setback.
"Sometimes you just need to go through a bit of a s*** time to find out what you want," she said.
Confessing he'd had to change for his girlfriend, Dan added: "I think I needed to make some changes.
"Everything I was doing in life was a bit half-hearted, but now I've upped it."
Amber added: "Now we've moved in it's a nice step for us and tides me over for a little while..."
Nervous Dan giggled as Chloe said buying a home had given him "an extra year", adding: "And then she needs a ring."
