Early in the trailer, the Good American co-founder's youngest sibling Kylie Jenner, 25, is shown asking Khloe, 38, about a skin condition her older sister was dealing with at that time.

The worried makeup mogul states: "Mom just told me that it was melanoma."

In confessional, the sisters' mother Kris Jenner, 68, admits: "This on her face is very concerning."

The preview then splices in a photo of Khloe's cheek post-surgery with sutures showing where the melanoma had been removed.

The trailer then cuts to a bandaged Khloe speaking with her best friend Malika about the current state of her life.

Malika is shown telling the TV personality: " I don't think I've seen you this low."

The sneak peek then cuts to Kendall who explains: "She doesn't sleep, she's lost a lot of weight," before Khloe can be heard stating, "Melanoma's deadly."

In another confessional, the 38-year-old mother of two admits: "This was way more serious than I anticipated it to be."

The Los Angeles native was then shown embracing her Malika before the trailer moved on to other forthcoming storylines.

Last October, Khloe revealed the reason why she was wearing a large bandage on her face.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum explained she had a tumor removed from her face and must keep it covered until it fully heals.

Khloe posted a series of snaps to her Instagram Stories explaining the discovery.

In one post, she created a collage of photos of herself wearing the skin-colored bandage on her face.

She wrote: "I've seen numerous stories about the ever-evolving bandage on my face, with some of you wondering why I've been wearing one for the past few weeks."

The Kardashians star said she noticed a "small bump on her face and assumed it was a zit" but it did not go away for seven months.

A photo shows a closeup of the bump, that Khloe circled and pointed an arrow to.

After two biopsies on the bump, Khloe explained her doctors said the findings required immediate surgery to remove it.

The reality TV star explained that her margins from the surgery appear clear and that she is now in the process of "healing."

She reminded her followers in another post to be vigilant about checking their skin and wearing sunscreen.

She wrote: "At 19, I had melanoma on my back, and I had surgery to remove that as well, so I'm pre-composed to melanomas."

Khloe went on to thank her doctors and dermatologist and continued: "Everyone you meet is fighting a battle we know nothing about. Try not to judge and be kind for you have no idea what they are going through."

Khloe also posted a video montage of herself walking in slow motion while abroad in France for Paris Fashion Week.

The popular 90's song "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred plays, as the camera zooms in on her bandage.

She captioned the video: "I hope you enjoy how fabulous I'm making these face bandages look."

In addition to the bandages, fans have also been concerned about Khloe's weight loss over the past few months.

DRASTIC WEIGHT LOSS

Khloe has been showing off her shrinking frame on social media and on the red carpet in recent months.

Fans have been voicing theories that her weight loss is due to her heartbreak over her baby daddy Tristan Thompson's love child scandal.

Tristan welcomed a son named Theo with Maralee Nichols, 33, back in December 2021.

He had an affair with Maralee when he was supposedly mutually exclusive with Khloe - with whom he shares a daughter True and a baby son.

During the season two premiere of The Kardashians, Khloe detailed the heartbreaking aftermath of her ex's paternity scandal.

Khloe confirmed that she was unaware of her ex's infidelity and was informed when documents were leaked to the press.

By that point, she had already decided to have another baby via a surrogate with Tristan, revealing that they had done an embryo transfer days earlier.

"I mean it’s supposed to be a really exciting, amazing time and it’s just a different experience, I think. It's been so hard. I don't want to celebrate anything," Khloe sobbed to the camera.

Khloe also claimed that Tristan knew about his love child in July 2021 but pushed the TV star to have another baby anyway.

“I found out about Tristan’s situation the first week of December," she confessed.

“It’s just so close. I wouldn’t want anyone to think I did this after the fact. Why would I want to have a baby with someone who is having a baby with somebody else? I’m not that much of a sociopath. I’m a lunatic, but not that f***ing deranged.”

Khloe appeared to put aside her hurt feelings over Tristan's unfaithful ways when their baby boy was born.

She allowed Tristan to be in the delivery room when their surrogate gave birth in August.

"I am so grateful. It's such a beautiful gift that we're able to have," Khloe gushed over the little one.
