Two weeks after Travis Barker was hospitalized for pancreatitis, he joined Machine Gun Kelly on stage for a performance at the Kia Forum in California, Los Angeles, on July 13, 2022.
Previously on July 2, 2022, Travis Barker updated fans on his recovery via an Instagram story: "I am so very very grateful that with intensive treatment I am currently much better."
The new Kardashian member even went into detail to explain what exactly caused him to be sent to the hospital earlier in the week.
";I went in for an endoscopy Monday feeling great. But After dinner, I developed excruciating pain and have been hospitalized ever since," in his social media statement on Saturday afternoon.
"During the endoscopy, I had a very small polyp removed right in a very sensitive area, usually handled by specialists, which unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube. This resulted in severe life-threatening pancreatitis."

reported that on the evening of June 28, 2022, Travis was rushed to hospital following "medical issues".
"Travis underwent a procedure on Tuesday (June 28, 2022) after being rushed to hospital, but the family did not want to release any further details at the moment," shared a source exclusively to The Sun.
"He is not in ICU, and is now on a normal floor recovering," they revealed.
His wife, Kourtney Kardashian, accompanied him while his 16-year-old daughter, Alabama, shared on her Instagram stories: "Please send your prayers" before deleting the story immediately.

There were no 911 calls but the couple headed to West Hills hospital in Los Angeles themselves in the morning.
It seemed that Travis' condition was more serious than they thought as he was then taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by ambulance.
What happened to Travis Barker?
Barker was hospitalized due to pancreatitis, and doctors told that it may have been triggered by a colonoscopy.
Sources told TMZ that there was inflammation in the pancreas, creating symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and strong stomach pain.
He was seen on the gurney with his tattooed arm in a fist and elevated.
The day before he was admitted to the hospital, he tweeted: "God save me."
It is not clear whether the tweet was related to his health issues.
On June 12, 2022, Travis sparked concerns after he was seen with a splint on his hand following a mysterious injury.
This is not the first time that Travis has been hospitalized.
In 2008, he was involved in a plane crash which left him with third-degree burns covering 65 percent of his body.
Following the incident, Travis underwent 26 surgeries and suffered a broken back that fractured in three places while battling anxiety attacks and depression.
