Tristan Thompson slammed by ex-teammate for cheating on Khloe Kardashian in ‘sad’ situation

TRISTAN Thompson has been slammed by his ex-teammate Iman Shumpert for cheating on Khloe Kardashian in what he described as a "sad" situation.

Tristan, 31, and Iman, 31, played together on the historic Cleveland Cavaliers team, with Lebron James, that won the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors after being down three to one.

Iman spoke on the power forward's relationship with Khloe while being interviewed on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

The late-night talk show host asked Iman, "When you were on the Cavs...what was your vibe about everything that was going on between Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian?"

The Dancing with the Stars winner offered a somewhat canned response stating, "I wasn't a big disruption for us. Honestly, when the outside world stuff bubbles up, the best thing for us is that we got games."

He expands: "So we can focus on that...get tunnel vision."

The NBA champion then added: ";I think that we just all felt for Khloe."

Andy, somewhat surprised by Iman's candidness, confirms: "You did?"

Iman replies, "Yeah...Khloe's cool", the Bravo! host agrees and admits "she's great".

Iman continues: "I don't know what they got going on, I'm sure they speak, they're grown, but...it was sad. I remember feeling like that."

On Instagram, Fans applauded Iman's honest approach when asked about Tristan's betrayal when he could have easily side-stepped the question for the sake of his friend.

One person wrote: "I love that he said that. He knows that was wrong. He felt that."

Another person added, "He’s such a good dude".

While a third commented: "He’s so sweet. I’m so glad he said that."

DANCING KING

The NBA champion made history as the first-ever basketball player to be crowned Dancing with the Stars' Mirrorball trophy winner.

The 31-year-old performed a Cha Cha and Foxtrot fusion with his partner, Daniella Karagach, to the Earth, Wind And Fire classic, September.

They earned their first perfect score of the season with a 10 from each judge.

Following their fiery dance, the pair turned up the heat even more during their second performance of the night - the highly-anticipated freestyle.

Iman danced to Missy Elliot's Lose Control and brought everyone in the ballroom to their feet with difficult lifts and fast Chicago footwork.

Repeating their first perfect score, the duo also got a 40 out of 40 for their second dance.

After the results were announced by host Tyra Banks, Iman couldn't believe it and walked away from the camera.

He appeared to break down in tears as he hunched over and nearly fell to the floor.

'EVERYTHING IS A LIE'

Tristan's cheating scandal was a major plot point of the season one finale of the Kardashians.

In the episode, Kendall Jenner, 26, calls sister Khloe Kardashian, 37, to check in on her sister after the news of, her then-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson's latest infidelity spread across the family group chat.

Khloe and Tristan share one daughter True, four, and, at the time of filming, were in a relationship that appeared to be gaining momentum at the time of filming.

The segment starts with Kendall asking Khloe if she and NBA power forward had "spoken" since the Good American founder heard about Tristan's cheating and love child that he's expecting because of it.

Tristan had an affair with his former mistress Maralee Nichols, 31, who in January fathered their child Theo.

Khloe responds "no" before the clip cuts to the 37-year-old's confessional.

A producer asks, "What hurts the most? Is it that he had an opportunity to tell you and he didn't? Is it that you saw a future and now you don't?"

Khloe replies, "I'm not sure if there's one thing that hurts more in a situation like this".

She continues, "Everything is an act of betrayal. Everything is a lie. Everything is manipulation, it's deceit."

"Did Tristan have every opportunity to tell me? Yes. Was Tristan going to tell me if there wasn't a baby involved? Absolutely not."

GASPING FOR AIR

Kendall asks, in relation to how she feels during stressful situations, "Have you been feeling anxious lately?"

"I'm so anxious, I've been really dehydrated...I fainted the other day."

"What?!", a shocked Kendall asks before she questions, "Khloe when did you faint?

Khloe attempts to calm her younger sister, saying "I'm fine", but then admits, "sometimes I just feel like literally, I can't breathe and I'm gasping for air."

Back in a confessional Khloe reveals that "there's so much stress, there's so much noise".

The reality star continues, "I see that all the time, that I should have known better, I knew what I was doing, [and] that no one feels bad for me".

She finishes, "It's really sensitive [and] I feel incredibly let down".
