Rihanna’s fans think they’ve figured out her baby boy’s name after she gives birth to first child

This is the first baby for the 34-year-old and her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky.

However, along with the news of the birth, fans were expecting a name, but it hasn't been revealed yet.

Rihanna first announced her pregnancy when she debuted her bump back in January.

She and A$AP stood out in a snowy New York City for a maternity shoot and the pictures quickly surfaced online.

The Barbados native wore a $5k pink coat as her bump peeked through.

Rihanna was last seen out on Mother's Day in LA when she and A$AP grabbed dinner at Giorgio Baldi.

Fans are anxiously awaiting an official announcement from the couple, so they know what the baby's name will be.

Some Twitter users came up with a name that they think they might have named their child.

WHAT'S HIS NAME?

Without giving any reasons, fans think Rihanna might have named her baby Red Ivy.

After she posted a photo of in February, one fan replied, "Red Ivy Fenty is coming!"

Fenty is the Diamonds singer's last name.

After news broke that she gave birth, fans started speculating again and Red Ivy was buzzing on the internet.

"lmaooo someone said Rihanna’s baby name will be Red Ivy," tweeted one fan.

When SiriusXM Hits 1 told everyone to reply with their guesses for the baby's name, a few fans said, "Red Ivy."

It is not known where the fans got that name, but one guess is that they think she gave a hint in one of her Instagram posts.

While posing for VOGUE, Rihanna wore a red lace catsuit that resembled Ivy.

Some fans called her Poison Ivy from Batman, so that could be where the name stems from.

STICKING TO THEIR ROOTS

Although nothing has been revealed yet, revealed back in February that the couple wants to honor their heritage and give their boy a Barbadian name.

“Rihanna wants her Barbados heritage honored when she names her child, [as well as] ASAP’s roots," a source told the outlet.

“They want both of their cultures included. It is very important to them to keep where they are from passed down to their child.”

The insider for Us Weekly added that she has many options to pick from as she has "such strong men and women in her family."

LOOSE LIPS

News officially broke on May 19 that the couple welcomed their baby, but fans figured it out before it was confirmed.

A fan posted on that a hospital worker leaked the news of the birth on Friday.

"Somebody posted on Facebook that Rihanna had her baby at a hospital they’re working at and said it’s a boy talking about they cleared that floor level. Y’all be risking your careers and jobs to tell celebrities business," they wrote.

Fans speculated she was about to give birth soon as the Fenty Beauty founder posted regularly on social media, but came to a hard stop on May 10.
