Blac Chyna claims court staffer ‘took SELFIES’ with Kardashians and ‘introduced her daughter to them’ during trial

BLAC Chyna has accused a court staffer of taking selfies with the Kardashians in a secret meeting during their trial.

The 33-year-old claimed the court clerk's daughter was a "huge fan" of the famous family and arranged for her to meet them.

Chyna made the claims about the clerk while arguing that the judge in her $100million defamation lawsuit against the Kardashians was unfairly "biased".

She filed a peremptory challenge after losing the lawsuit last week.

Chyna claimed through her attorney Lynne Ciani that the clerk had worked with the judge for more than 14 years and was more involved in the cases than most other clerks, reported.

She claimed she noticed the clerk looking "chummy" while talking to Kardashian attorney Michael Rhodes and walked over to find out what they were discussing.

Ciani claimed the clerk “unabashedly and even giddy informed me that she was asking [Rhodes] if her adult daughter could meet the defendants in a private meeting” because her daughter was a “huge fan of the Kardashians".

Ciani said she was “stunned at the audacity of [the clerk] to act so openly biased in favor of the Kardashian/Jenner defendants in front of me.”

She claimed Rhodes was smiling and "acting very accommodating towards [the clerk’s] highly unethical and improper request".

Ciani alleged that the clerk wasn't in court the next day and said she was told eyewitnesses saw the clerk and her adult daughter in a private room where the Kardashians - Kim, Khloe, Kris and Kylie - were.

The room was guarded by LA County Sheriff Deputies, according to the docs.

Ciani said: “Upon information and belief, it was rumored that [the clerk] and her adult daughter secured autographs and/or photos with the defendants.”

'BIASED' JUDGE

In the same documents, Chyna claimed Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gregory W. Alarcon was "undeniably hostile" and "extremely biased" against her.

She claims it affected "the jury making 'key liability verdicts in her favor'" as well as her being "denied due process with regard to the jury instructions and special verdict form".

The Kardashians hit back against Chyna's claims, calling them "completely misguided".

The judge has denied Chyna's motion to disqualify. She will now take the matter to the Second District Court of Appeal.

CHYNA HITS BACK

Ciani told Radar: “Angela White [Blac Chyna] deserved a fair trial in a court of law and she did not receive a fair trial.

"She remains hopeful that the Second District Court of Appeal will review the evidence and determine that Judge Alarcon must be removed from the Revenge Porn trial and also removed from ruling on any post-judgment motions in the Defamation/Intentional Interference with Contractual Relations case.”

Chyna, who shares daughter Dream, five, with her ex Rob,  sued Kim, Khloe, as well as Kylie and Kris Jenner, for defamation and alleged interference with her E! contract.

She accused the famous family of getting the second season of her E! show Rob & Chyna canceled and of ruining her reality TV career.

After almost two days of deliberation, the court revealed the jury ruled that no damages would be awarded to the model.

Chyna sat in stunned silence after the shocking verdict was read, according to a Sun reporter who was in court, while the defendants skipped out as they were attending the Met Gala in New York City.
