Jane McDonald reveals the one food product that helps her lose weight
JANE McDonald has been wowing fans with her incredible weight loss - and now she has revealed the secret to her success.
The TV star, 59, has lost a whopping four stone over the last few years.
The singer has managed to transform her body from a UK size 12-14 to eight.
After shedding the pounds, Jane now only eats one type of bread, which is how she keeps her new slimline physique.
Jane started her health a kick back in 2015, and has continued it ever since.
Two years after beginning of her health journey, Jane signed up to ITV's Sugar Free Farm in 2017 – where she ended up shedding even more weight.

While on the show she discovered a different kind of bread that would aid weight loss because it doesn't have any yeast in it.
On the TV show she met , who gave her a bread recipe that changed the way she ate forever.
Jane told the : "The only bread I eat is one that I’ve got a recipe for from Angelique.
"It’s got no yeast in it and it’s made with lots of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, wholemeal flour, oats and yogurt of all things.

"It’s literally 20 minutes and it’s made – ready to put in the oven.
"I don’t eat a lot of it but when I’m really craving a bit of starch I just get some out of the freezer and stick it in the toaster and it’s done."
When the former Loose Women panelist starred on the show, she lost a 9lbs in two weeks, which was all down to following Angelique’s diet plan and eating foods like the unique bread.
Speaking to the , Jane said: "I lost a stone and a half from taking part in the TV show Sugar Free Farm.
"I used to eat so much rubbish. I didn’t realise how much rubbish I used to eat. I’ve always loved a pie and I was very carbohydrate-led as I was always hungry.

"I ate far too much and all the wrong things. I didn’t realise that if you eat the wrong things, it doesn’t feed your body so you will want more.
"I like my life, and my schedule takes a lot of energy, but I was beginning to get quite tired and I was blaming it on age."
