The A-list couple first linked up following the actress' split from her now-ex-husband Brian Austin Green.

Megan Fox wasted no time sharing the exciting news of her engagement to longtime boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly.
, while she looks on in awe, Fox wrote, "He asked me to marry him.
And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes."
She concluded her heartfelt post, writing, "…and then we drank each other’s blood."
Confirming their official date of engagement, she added, "1.11.22."
For the Bloody Valentine singer's part, he took to Instagram to gush over his new relationship status as well.
"Yes, in this life and every life," he before detailing his proposal.
"Beneath the same branches we fell in love under, I brought her back to ask her to marry me."

In March 2024, Megan Fox revealed that the couple's engagement was, at one point, called off.
Fox told Call Her Daddy host Alex Cooper that while the duo hit a rough patch in early 2023, they have since reconciled.
"I think that what I've learned from being in this relationship is that it's not for public consumption," Fox said.

They were seen celebrating MGK's birthday together at his home in April 2024 and mingling with celebrity guests at Michael Rubin's infamous Fourth of July White Party in the Hamptons.

With two huge pear-shaped stones at the forefront, Machine Gun Kelly explained the meaning behind the unique design.
“I know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love.”
Fox's birthstone is an emerald as she was born on May 16, 1986.
Machine Gun Kelly, aka Colson Baker (his real name), has a diamond birthstone, as he was born on April 22, 1990.

Do Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have any kids?
Both Fox and Kelly have children from prior relationships, but they do not have any kids together.
Fox has three children with former husband Brian Austin Green: Bodhi Ransom Green, Noah Shannon Green, and Journey River Green.
Brian and his fiancé Sharna Burgess also welcomed a son together, Zane Walker Green, on June 28, 2022.
MGK has only one child, Casie Colson Baker, from his previous relationship with Emma Cannon.
In November 2023, Fox broke her silence on her miscarriage, confirming she and MGK suffered a miscarriage in 2022.
She told Good Morning America that the couple had even discovered they were having a baby girl during a 10-week ultrasound appointment.
