KIM Kardashian filed a permit to build a mansion shaped like a giant spaceship on a $6.3 million land plot in Palm Springs after her divorce from Kanye West.
Kim and her ex bought the land before their divorce was filed, and now Kim is continuing the process with the intention of building a multi-million dollar bachelorette pad including a pool and spa.
The Sun can reveal through documents exclusively obtained by The Sun that Kim has proceeded with her building permit application for construction to go underway.
Kim, 41, applied for the permit for her new single-family residence including a pool and spa on November 18 of this year, only weeks before she filed to officially drop West from her last name.
The new officially single mom's mansion stands out from others on the street.
Kim's bachelorette pad is designed in a shape comparable to a giant spaceship with architectural drawings prepared by the Bo.Shi Architects and Tadao Ando Architects and Associates.
The design sketch shows her home shaped like a rounded-edged triangle with a hole in the center of it.
It appears there will be two floors in the home.

Kim's plot of land lies along a golf course, and Kim and her four children will be surrounded by views of mountains and trees.
The $6.3 million California spot is just a little over five miles from Empire Polo Club, Indio, which is where Coachella takes place each year.
Before their divorce, Kim and Kanye, 44, also purchased vacation homes together in Wyoming for $28.5million.
KIM'S CONFESSION

The romance then moved to the east coast, where they went for a rooftop dinner at Pete's favorite restaurant, Campania, on Staten Island and met at exclusive NYC venue, Zero Bond, the following night.

While Kim's new romance seems like a clear sign she's ready to leave Kanye in the past, the reality star made the split even more official when she scored their house in the divorce.

Sources told the outlet that Kim and Kanye negotiated a buyout price for the home, which they essentially rebuilt from the ground up together during their marriage.
The pair purchased the Los Angeles mansion in 2014 for $20million, though have invested millions into the renovation process.

PETE'S CHRISTMAS INVITE
After spending his birthday together, Kim and Pete continued to take steps in their relationship when the KUWTK star invited him to her family's Christmas Eve bash at her mom's $35million mansion.
The insider exclusively claimed: “Kim’s plan was to invite Pete to the family Christmas Eve bash- which is taking place at Kris’s amazing new mansion.”
However, the source alleged that Kanye “has other ideas” on how Kim should spend the holiday.
They said Kanye is “trying to demand he be there” and “is trying to stage a ‘Family Christmas.’”
Additionally, the rapper allegedly believes “Pete has no place” at the Kardashians’ annual Christmas Eve party.
The informant said that Kanye is “getting a bit full of himself,” adding: “He’s even calling Kris and saying he’s coming to the party because it’s a family occasion.”
The source concluded: “Kim doesn’t want to upset him, but she doesn’t want to spend more time with him than she needs to.”
WON'T BACK DOWN
Kanye refused to "give up without a fight" to win his ex Kim back while she insisted that the marriage can't be saved.
Kim filed to become legally single from the rapper and to drop West from her last name after he "embarrassed" her onstage by begging her to take him back.
The hitmaker is still not giving up hope on saving their marriage, despite his repeated public pleas to the model.
A source close to Kanye told that his wife and kids are "important" to the Chicago native, adding that he's a "family man at heart [whose] love and commitment" to his family "will never change."
