CONSTRUCTION work finally appears to have started on Kylie Jenner's $15M plot close to mom Kris Jenner and sister Khloe's matching mansions in Los Angeles, exclusive photographs show.
The beauty mogul, said to be worth close to a billion dollars, bought the five acre vacant lot in CASH back in May 2020, according to reports, but it remained empty for more than year during the pandemic.
Pictures obtained by The Sun show there is now a sign of action on the land in Hidden Hills, and the 24-year-old star has planning permission to build a new mansion to add to her ever-growing property portfolio.
One aerial snap details how she has stabilized the slope on the plot with a new fence and pillars, while construction vehicles are seen parked up ready for work to begin in coming weeks.
According to Dirt.com, snapped up the lot in an off-market deal and an online brochure says the area was delivered "shovel ready" enabling the buyer to build their dream home from the ground up.

According to reports, the vacant lot has also been owned by pop star in the past, who bought it in 2015.
Her beloved horses lived in stables on the plot, but she never built a home there and sold the land three years later.
Kylie has three other homes in , including her monster compound in Holmby Hills, which she plunked down $36.5M for in 2020.
She also has a smaller $12M home in Hidden Hills and is co-owner of a $13M investment property in Beverly Hills with baby daddy Travis Scott.
According to the Los Angeles Times, she also forked out $3.25M a few years back for a parcel of land in La Quinta near Palm Springs, close to her family's vacation home.
Her vacant plot in Hidden Hills is a stones throw away from momager and sister new mega mansions, previously revealed by The Sun.
The mother and daughter have neared the completion of their $37M twin homes and the duo have been called "house-zillas" throughout the construction process, making "constant changes" to the home design.
Khloe, 37, and Kris, 65, have added massive in-ground pools and hot tubs to their side-by-side homes in Los Angeles.
New photos show they have aquatic additions to both properties, as builders race towards completion before Christmas.
The family matriarch has seemingly chosen a much larger lap pool, stretching vertically from the back of her stately new residence.
Khloe went for a lighter shade bottom with a beach-style depth progression for hers, with a hot tub built into the back of the structure.
The new images emerged as builders rush to complete all construction before the holidays when the reality stars hope to move in.
An insider explained that the E! stars are "almost done" building their dream mansions, but the process has not been a simple one.
"Although Khloe and Kris' homes are almost done, they are both acting like 'house-zillas,'" they told The Sun.
"They want temperature-adjusted rooms and a panic room in case of security issues."
A panic room, also known as a safe room, is a hiding place in case of a home invasion, tornado, terror attack, or other threat.

The source continued: "They will have security teams on the property 24/7 to oversee both houses.
"One would think after dropping that much money on a beautiful house that is meant for a family of ten, Khloe would be satisfied with the results, but she keeps asking for changes."
