TRAVIS Scott has kept a low profile since 10 people died and more were injured during his Astroworld Festival performance in November 2021.

Nearly two years later, a grand jury has released a decision on whether or not criminal charges will be pursued against the rapper.

Where is Travis Scott today?

On June 29, 2023, a grand jury in the state of Texas ruled not to pursue criminal charges against Travis Scott.

This ruling comes two years after the tragic Astroworld concert that left 10 concert-goers dead.

The crowd surge at Astroworld on November 5, 2021, left hundreds more injured.

Is Travis Scott being sued for the Astroworld tragedy?

On October 20, 2022, reported that Travis Scott settled with the victims of the Astroworld tragedy.

Tony Buzbee, an attorney for the family of Astroworld victim Axel Acosta, stated: "The Buzbee Law Firm announced today that the claims brought by the family of Axel Acosta against Travis Scott, Live Nation, and others involved in the Astroworld tragedy have been settled.

"The terms are confidential."

Travis reportedly also settled with the family of 16-year-old victim Brianna Rodriguez for an undisclosed amount.

Though these two settlements were reached, the lawsuit filed against Travis represented 125 concertgoers.

Two security guards who worked at Astroworld festival filed a lawsuit claiming they sustained injuries.

As  reported, Samuel and Jackson Bush were hired by security company AJ Melino & Associates to work the festival at Houston's NRG Park on November 5, 2021.

The uncle and nephew alleged that while attempting to help concertgoers as the crowd began to surge during the headline set, Samuel was trampled multiple times, breaking his hand and injuring his back, while Jackson's shoulder was injured.

Along with Travis Scott, over 20 people and corporations were named in the Bush suit; his label, Cactus Jack, festival organizers Live Nation and ScoreMore, NRG Park, and AJ Melino & Associates.
