See Kanye West’s $57M Malibu mansion as workers renovate mogul’s beachside estate after his divorce from Kim Kardashian
NEW pics show Kanye West's new $57M mansion that he purchased in Malibu after his ex Kim Kardashian won the $60M compound that they shared together in the divorce.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashian's star reportedly paid her ex $23million to keep the mansion after they purchased it together in 2014.
The rapper bought his own Japanese-inspired $57.3 million house earlier this month and is currently in the process of updating the interior and exterior to his liking.
Photos captured the outside of the trendy gray-cubed home as construction workers were laboring on the front and back side of the property.
Workers also appeared to be doing work to the inside of the home as well.
Kanye enlisted the help of architect Tadao Ando to design the beach property and is meant to be “part-house, part sculpture”, with only a few Ando designs being seen throughout the US.
The creative hit-maker is also said to be taking advice from American businessman James F Goldstein, who is known to have one of the most unique pad's in the country.
The 36,665 square foot property has direct access to Malibu beach and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

Kanye has been living on his Cody, Wyoming ranch, for over a year which reportedly led in part to his separation from Kim, 41.
According to court papers obtained by , the reality star bought Kanye's share in the property, paying a hefty $20M for the mansion and $3M for assets like art and furniture.
The ex-couple paid $20M for the home in 2014 before completely renovating it.
Kanye designed the abode for his wife and their four children, North, eight, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and Psalm, two.
A source revealed in March that she was planning to stay in the compound, which is close by to her family.
“She has made her life there and it’s her kids’ main home. There was never a question — Kim was going to keep the home," they shared.
The Donda singer recently put his Wyoming estate on the market.

On a June Keeping Up With the Kardashians episode, Kim said: “I just honestly can’t do this anymore. Why am I still in this place where I’m stuck for years?
“Like, he goes and moves to a different state every year. I have to be, like, together so I can raise the kids.”
She added: “I can’t do that. He should have a wife that supports his every move and travels with him and does everything, and I can’t.
"I feel like a f**king failure. It’s my third f**king marriage. Yeah, I feel like a f**king loser. But I can’t even think about that. I want to be happy.”
NAME CHANGE

In the legal documents obtained by the outlet, the judge reportedly signed off on Kanye's petition at the Los Angeles court.
The controversial star will reportedly not have a middle or last name, though his official birth certificate read Kanye Omari West.
Kanye announced the identity change with a photo of his wild new haircut on Instagram.
The image showed off his bold new buzz, which featured seemingly random triangles of hair.
The Atlanta native wore a silver shirt and a chain necklace spelling out his son Saint's name.

NEW LOVE INTEREST
The Chicago native has also has a new woman in his life, as he has seemingly started seeing model and Instagram influencer, Vinetria Chubbs.
Venetria was recently spotted courtside with the rapper to watch Donda Academy — the school he founded — play its first basketball match in Minneapolis.
The 22-year-old was also reportedly with Ye in Miami, as he recorded his Drink Champs interview where he insisted Kim is still his wife and wants them to be together.
