Tori Spelling snubs husband Dean McDermott on his 55th birthday as she ‘plans to divorce him’
DEAN McDermott shared an Instagram video detailing his 55th birthday celebration, which appeared to exclude estranged wife Tori Spelling as she 'plans to divorce him.'
The actor the gifts he got from his kids, specifically one from daughter Hattie, 10.
"It is my 55th birthday today and I am starting to open presents. Got one here from Hattie Cat for dad, and it says 'For dad. I love you so much. You are so kind. You are so loving and I am so happy to be your kid. You are the best dad I could ask for,'" Dean said in the video before showing off her "original artwork."
Dean pulled out two canvas' with art inspired by horror movies, noting that his daughter is a fan of the frightful genre.
He then opened a card signed by all his kids which read: "We love you so much. We couldn't have dreamed of a more amazing dad. Happy 55th - the crossed it out - 25th birthday. We love you old man."
Dean continued: "Needless to say my kids have a sense of humor."
He then showed off his gifts, which included golf balls, golf ball-shaped ice cubes, a club head cover and a towel the read: "I use this towel to wash my balls."
Dean did not share a photo of a gift from Tori, 48, nor did he mention her in the video.

The pair are reportedly going through a split after many years of marriage.
Despite the divorce drama, Dean told fans he had a wonderful birthday, writing: "Posting this a little late. I was having so much fun on my 55th birthday I just put my phone away and lived in the moment.
"I had the best birthday ever!! The Fam made me feel so special and made me laugh with their awesome gifts. I have the most amazing kids and life."
He added: "I'm so grateful. Happy Birthday to me!!!"
MOM APPROVAL DENIED
Amid rumors that Tori and Dean are headed for a split, it's been revealed that Tori's mom, Candy, never approved of the relationship.
A source told : "Dean doesn't get along with Candy and she's never really approved of him."
The insider added: "When Dean is out of picture, Tori thinks Candy will step up with financial support."
Tori and Candy were estranged for many years following the death of Tori's father Aaron, a film and TV producer, in 2006.
Tori and her brother Randy each only received $800,000 as part of their inheritance.
Candy claimed at the time that the decision to limit the inheritance was made because Tori had a spending problem.
Tori and Dean have reportedly been moving close to divorce with each passing day.
Last month, Tori was seen leaving a meeting with her lawyer, having an intense phone conversation.
She was photographed holding a notepad that had "custody," "support" and "assets" written on it.
Close-up shots showed a "to-do" list that included: "Pig pen - get quote,' "AAA Jump Start Van" and "3pm Lawyer - assets - support - custody."
After the sighting, Tori and Dean were seen together with their kids at Disney.
