Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow shares tribute to late dad on his 48th birthday after announcing her engagement

PAUL Walker’s daughter Meadow shared a sweet tribute to her late dad on his 48th birthday.

The 22-year-old recently announced her engagement actor, Louis Thornton-Allan.

Meadow shared a heartwarming throwback snap with her dad when she was little.

She captioned the sweet pic: “Happy birthday daddy, I love you.”

The actor would have been 48 on Sunday.

He did in a car accident in Valencia, California, on November 30, 2013.

Last month, Meadow shared an Instagram video of her in a swimming pool, as she held her hand to her face to flash her

The couple appeared to be vacationing in the desert together.

The proposal came just weeks after they made their relationship Instagram official.

In July, Louis shared a cuddly snap of the couple and wrote: “Best friend,” to which she replied, “My love.”

Meadow was born in California on November 4, 1998, when her dad was 25 and dating Meadow’s mom .

She is believed to be living in New York where she is an up-and-coming model.

MEADOW REMEMBERS HER DAD

Meadow inherited her father’s $20m fortune, and in 2015, set up The Paul Walker Foundation in honor of her father.

She regularly posts tributes to her father, marking his birthdays on social media and sharing photos on the anniversary of his death each year.

On the seventh anniversary of his death in November 2020, Meadow posted a snap of her napping on his chest.

MEADOW IN FURIOUS?

Meadow attended the premiere of F9 in June, and Paul’s costar  has discussed the potential for Meadow to appear in an upcoming installment in the franchise.

“I would not count anything out,” Vin previously told E!’s Daily Pop.

“Let me just, without giving you all of the secrets of Fast 10, let’s just say nothing’s ruled out.”

Vin has also shared he feels “very protective” of his goddaughter Meadow.

He told Extra in June: “She’s the first person on Father’s Day to wish me Happy Father’s Day.”

The actor added: “To see her with my children is one of the most beautiful things. There are moments when I see her playing with [his 6-year-old daughter]  and it hits me so deep ’cause I can only imagine what my brother sees when he sees that.” 

After Paul’s death, his mother Cheryl Walker petitioned to have guardianship over Meadow, citing Rebecca’s two DUIs as her grounds for guardianship.

Eventually, in 2014 she dropped her case when Rebecca agreed to undertake a rehabilitation program.

Since the custody battle, Meadow’s mom has kept a very low profile.
