ORANGE is the New Black star Uzo Aduba has revealed she has a baby on the way, following her secret marriage to filmmaker Robert Sweeting.
The actress revealed she's expecting her first baby during her appearance at the 76th Tony Awards on June 11, 2023.

Robert Sweeting is a filmmaker who is married to the In Treatment actress.
Aduba, who tends to keep a low profile when it comes to her personal life, informally announced that she and Sweeting got married in 2020.
On September 12, 2021, she on her Instagram about her ongoing romance with the filmmaker.
"'When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.' - When Harry Met Sally," she wrote.
"For some of us, it can feel like we spend our whole lives waiting for our special someone.
"My heart, my love - I'm so happy my life started last year with you," she wrote.
"You're the best thing that ever happened to me," she concluded.
The post included a photo of her and Sweeting that appeared to be on their wedding day.

Boston-born actress Aduba rose to fame after playing Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren on the hit Netflix show, Orange is the New Black.
Before she was an actress, she attended Boston University on an athletic scholarship.
Uzo moved to New York and first garnered recognition in a 2003 production of Translations of Xhosa.
Since rising to fame, Aduba has been high in demand.
She has starred in the hit miniseries, Mrs America, alongside Cate Blanchett. There, she played Shirley Chisholm - the first Black woman to be elected to Congress and to run for the Democrats' nomination for President, in 1968 and 1972, respectively.
