CHRISSY Teigen has revealed she’s four weeks sober as she copes with the “grief depression hole” following her unborn baby’s death.
The model, 35, shared a fun video on her Instagram page of while enjoying her family’s Christmas vacation in St. Barts.
Her fans were delighted to see the hilarious cookbook writer looking so happy, with one of her 33.5million followers writing: “I need whatever drugs you’re on!!”
In answer, replied that she is “4 weeks sober,” also adding some heart and prayer hand emojis.
Her followers responded with messages of support, with one writing “this is wonderful ❤️❤️❤️” and another adding, “proud of you!! 😘”
“I just got sober as well!! Beautiful!!! I love this!!! ❤️” another fan wrote.
Chrissy, who has two children with husband John Legend, has been open about her after the devastating loss of .
The model revealed she's been struggling to cope, but is getting "help".
At the end of November, Chrissy tweeted: “I’m not tweeting much because I’m honestly in a bit of a grief depression hole but do not worry as I have so much help around me to get better and I’ll be fixed soon.
"They’ll call when I'm better and ready for pickup and You can swing by and grab me ok? Thank you and love you!"
It's been an emotional few months for Chrissy and her husband, John Legend, who lost baby Jack in late September.
Sharing a series of devastating black and white photos from the hospital, Chrissy wrote at the time: "We never decide on our babies' names until the last possible moment after they're born, just before we leave the hospital.
"But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack. So he will always be Jack to us. Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever."
Teigen has spoken before that the family tries to be very open and honest with their children about grief and death.
She wrote on social media: "Our house is very open about life, death, grief, everything really.
"We try to explain things well and answer every question imaginable in beautiful, spiritual but literal way.
"I know this is a weird post but I just wanted to share these to always remember my incredibly empathetic little mini."
In addition to speaking about the family’s traumatic loss, Chrissy has also spoken out about her struggles with alcohol in the past.

“I was, point blank, just drinking too much,” she said.

“I got used to being in hair and makeup and having a glass of wine. Then that glass of wine would carry over into me having one before the awards show. And then a bunch at the awards show.
“And then I felt bad for making kind of an ass of myself to people that I really respected. And that feeling, there's just nothing like that. You feel horrible. It's not a good look for me, for John, for anybody.”
