Sharon Stone's nephew, River, has passed away at just 11-months after suffering "total organ failure."
"River William Stone. Sept. 8, 2020 - Aug. 30, 2021," the movie star wrote on alongside a clip featuring the late baby.
The shocking news comes just a short time after the 63-year-old star and told fans, "we need a miracle."
She wrote: "My nephew and godson River Stone was found in his crib w total organ failure today. Please pray for him. We need a miracle."
River is Sharon's brother Patrick's son - last year she shared a picture of him .
The star shared with the snap: "Look who’s going home: River William Stone, my brother Patrick and his wife Tasha’s new baby."
Aside from being his aunt, Sharon was also River's godmother.
