Born March 18, 1968, Seraphina, 54, is the only daughter of the late Rolling Stones drummer and his wife, Shirley.
Charlie was known for keeping his private life private and was able to keep Seraphina out of the spotlight as a child.
When Seraphina got older, she married a lawyer named Nick and had a child - Charlie's only grandchild.
It was reported that the two parted ways.
In 2017, Ultimate Classic Rock reported that she married Barry Catmur and began residing in a $1.5million farmhouse in Rhode Island.
What was Charlie Watts' cause of death?
Charlie's publicist said in a statement that the musician: "passed away peacefully in a London hospital ... surrounded by his family."
Despite his death being confirmed, an official cause was not released.
"Charlie was a cherished husband, father and grandfather and also as a member of The Rolling Stones one of the greatest drummers of his generation," the statement continued.
It was released in 2021 that Charlie would be missing the Rolling Stones' "No Filter" tour to recover from an emergency heart operation, but it is unknown if it played a role in his death.
At the time, a spokesperson revealed to Variety: "Charlie has had a procedure which was completely successful ... he now needs proper rest and recuperation."

While Charlie's daughter Seraphina was able to stay out of the spotlight, her daughter, Charlotte, decided to take another path.
Charlotte went on to become a model and got her start with HELLO! Fashion Monthly, a UK-based magazine.
She is known for modeling high-street labels and designers, including Topshop, Christopher Kane, Bimba y Lola, and Rag & Bone.
In a 2015 interview, Charlotte discussed her relationship with her grandfather, who she called Pa.
“We’re really proud of Pa,” she said.
"He's just so humble about it [fame]. He's not all over the place, he's just so d**n cool."
