JINGER Duggar Vuolo has been married to Jeremy Vuolo for nearly a decade.
Here is what you need to know about the Counting On star's husband.
Who is Jinger Duggar's husband Jeremy Vuolo?
Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo have been married since 2016.
Jeremy, born on September 5, 1987, in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, is a former American professional soccer player who quit sports to focus on full-time ministry work.
In 2014, Jinger's book titled Growing Up Duggar: It's All About Relationships was published.
Jeremy and Jinger, 29, began courting with Jinger's older sister Jessa and her husband Ben chaperoning the pair before they wed.
The two have various business endeavors together, from their The Hope We Hold podcast to their Hope & Stead accessories brand.
In early 2021, unfounded rumors took over the internet that Jinger and Jeremy were getting a divorce after they took some time away from the spotlight.
The couple has dismissed the rumors and reiterated on social media that they are very much in love.
Jinger also said that Jeremy has been instrumental in helping her unlearn the rules she grew accustomed to while growing up as an adherent of the Institute in Basic Life Principles (IBLP).
"Jeremy has been so kind throughout this entire process," she told .
"He's been so patient with me because I know it must be so hard for him to see these wrestling's. There are long days where it's just emotionally taxing and hard and he has only been there to support me, to help me, to cheer me on."
Jinger added: "Jeremy just encouraged me to not be someone I'm not, but just to be myself and feel comfortable and share my own opinions and have opinions on life.
"I thought I had to be this agreeable wife. That way I would be safe."
“We talked about it for a while even before we had kids and whether or not we wanted them in the public eye. And we decided just to keep them out of the public eye and let them choose what they want to do,” she said.
“So that’s just been our decision. We will sometimes post pictures of the back of their heads or little videos and you can hear their little voices or whatever. But not showing their faces has been something that we’re planning on sticking to.”
Jinger also shared that they're not closing their doors to having more children, but for now, they're happy tending to Felicity and Evangeline.
“We’ll see, I don’t know. We’ve talked about it. I think we would be happy — we’re happy right now with our two girls," the reality show star dished.
"And then we’ll see in the future if we try for a third, we don’t know."
What did Jeremy Vuolo say about Josh Duggar?
Jeremy slammed brother-in-law Josh Duggar for the child pornography charges brought against him.
On April 30, 2021, Jeremy took to Instagram to condemn Josh Duggar, who was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography that month.
He wrote: "We are disturbed to hear of the charges against Josh. While this case must go through the legal system, we want to make it clear that we absolutely condemn any form of child abuse and fully support the authorities and judicial process in their pursuit of justice."
Josh was charged with one count of possession of a child pornographic photo and a second count of receiving a child pornographic photo.
According to the indictment, Josh “knowingly received child pornography” between or about May 14, 2019, and on or about May 16, 2019.
For the second count, Josh “knowingly possessed material that contained images of child pornography,” including “images of minors under the age of 12.”
Josh was ordered to forfeit all visual images and property, including video equipment, related to the case.
According to a press release from the Department of Justice, Josh “allegedly used the internet to download child sexual abuse material. Duggar allegedly possessed this material, some of which depicts the sexual abuse of children under the age of 12, in May 2019.”
Josh appeared from jail via Zoom for his arraignment as he obtained a lawyer and pleaded not guilty to the charges, which were not disclosed at the hearing.
Josh was sentenced to over 12 years in prison in December 2021 for two counts of possessing child pornography.
He is serving his sentence at FCI Seagoville in Dallas, Texas.
