She also runs her food blog, Siriously Delicious, which has landed her segments on The Today Show.

Siri told the : “Starting a food blog wasn’t like I was suddenly a foodie, it was more like ‘Oh my gosh, I am in this domestic situation — how do people do it?’

“I started to keep track of meals that were working and meals that weren’t and then writing with humor along the way. A lot of feedback I have had over the years is when people tell me that they don’t cook, but I make them want to try.

“It’s a great compliment because that is my goal, to make cooking seem approachable and fun.”

In 2018, she released her cookbook titled Siriously Delicious: 100 Nutritious (and Not So Nutritious) Simple Recipes for the Real Home Cook.

In November 2023, Carson spoke highly of Siri’s cooking to , saying: “My wife is the big cook in the family. I just love to barbecue. I think in another life I was a butcher. I love the idea of just meat in general and fire and friends and not working.”

He continued: “My wife makes an incredible smashed potato. It’s a crispy potato that she smashes. There’s garlic and butter and salt and it’s crunchy and great. A great bottle of wine and a nice leafy salad. That’s just a delicious meal for me.”

“We realized we were in love and it wasn’t just an office romance,” Carson once said to .
