But some suggested the potential baby news may just be a cruel April Fools joke.
Tori shared a snap wearing just a white crop top and a black floral kimono top.
She captioned the pic: "No. 6."
But the post got mixed reactions with some followers thrilled for Tori's upcoming new addition, while others accused her of making a tone-deaf joke.
Some followers shared their congratulations with the mom-of-five.
