Holly Willoughby wants a role in Hollyoaks – as a saucy teacher who has an affair with a student
The This Morning star is hoping to bring her sex appeal to soap land
HOLLY Willoughby has revealed she wants to star in Hollyoaks and play a saucy teacher who “has an affair with one of her pupils.”
And she already has a rather niche role in mind, which is bound to go down well with a potential teenage co-star.
She told The Sun: “I’d love to do soaps.
“I did speak to This Morning’s soap expert the other day because she writes for Emmerdale and I said ‘what would you cast me in’ and she said she would cast me in Hollyoaks as the teacher who has an affair with one of her pupils.”
She added: “That would be a dramatic role – it would be great, I should do it.”
Alongside a potential soap career, Holly also admitted that once she has some more time on her hands she would like to go into documentary making.
The Celebrity Juice captain revealed: “Documentary-wise I would like to do something like that one day but I think it’s something you need to invest a lot of time in.
“At the moment time is not something I have tons of so eventually I think that would be a nice place to go.
“Hopefully This Morning doesn’t end any time soon but eventually once all that time is finished I can focus on things like that and do passion projects and focus on things you really like and travel a bit when the kids are older.”
Holly has recently filmed new scenes for the new series of Play to the Whistle, which airs tomorrow at 9pm on ITV.
One of the celebrity guests includes tennis star Judy Murray – who was given a lap dance by a host of sports stars during her episode.

Speaking about the “dodgy” clip, Holly said: “She had to sit down blindfolded while different people sat on her lap groaning, this sounds really dodgy.
“Groaning like how when you serve and you go ugh like that and she had to identify who the person was from the groan. She was well up for that, she was loving that.”
Another skit in the new series will see football legend Alan Shearer failing to score any goals in a penalty shoot-out challenge.
Holly said: “We had a penalty shootout because one of the shows was a draw and so we had Alan Shearer and Frank Lampard and David Seaman came and did all the goal keeping.
“You’d have thought that Frank would have been brilliant and you’d have thought that Alan Shearer would be amazing.
“He gave all these stats of how many goals he’d scored for England etc and it was fantastic.
“But well Alan Shearer, let me tell you, I mean he was so disappointed in himself so his night didn’t quite go to plan that’s for sure.
“He missed them all, but quite badly too. He was not happy with himself at the end of it. I think it was the pressure of being against David Seaman.
“I have no doubt though that he is still very, very good. I’m sure he is – he’s Alan Shearer – but on this night in particular with the pressure it didn’t come together.”
