Aaron Carter ‘told sister he thinks about killing babies’ and threatened then-girlfriend with murder before Backstreet Boy Nick got restraining order
AARON Carter's sister has claimed the troubled star previously admitted to having "thoughts of killing babies."
The bombshell news comes days after older brother Nick requested a restraining order against the 31-year-old over alleged threats to his pregnant wife Lauren Kitt, which Aaron denied on social media.
According to docs obtained by TMZ, the singer made the shock admission while on Facetime to twin sister Angel on August 7, 2019.
During the conversation, Aaron said: "I want to tell you something that I never told you before - I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar 2 years ago."
Angel then went on to ask if he hears voices, to which she claims he replied: "I have thoughts of killing babies."
According to Angel, when she asked if he had thoughts about killing anyone else, he said: "I think about killing Lauren Kitt."
Aaron's then-girlfriend, Lina, who was there during the conversation, joined in saying: "Angel, how do you think I feel with him sleeping with a sword next to him?"
The docs state Aaron replied: "Shut up Lina, you are next on my list."
Older brother Nick, 39, was recently granted a restraining order against his brother after Aaron allegedly threatened to kill his pregnant wife Lauren.
However, Aaron hit back at the claims by tweeting he was “astounded” by the accusations.
He said: "I do not wish harm to anyone, especially my family."
According to , Aaron has to stay at least 100 feet away from Nick, Nick's wife and kids and other family members.
In a statement released online, Nick confirmed he had obtained the order against his younger brother.
He wrote: “In light of Aaron's increasingly alarming behaviour and his recent confession that he harbours thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family.”
Nick went on to say he hoped his brother would get the “proper treatment he needs before any harm comes to himself or anyone else”.
The incident led to Aaron telling his brother that he did not want to see him again.
He wrote: “Take care. @nickcarter we’re done for life,” before claiming he hadn't seen his brother in four years and did not intend seeing him again."
Earlier this month, Aaron was spotted purchasing firearms and bullets from a pawn shop in California.
He also recently inherited his late father's weapon collection, which he claims totals 500 guns.
