As Adele prepares for £150m divorce, will it top Madonna or Katie Price’s million pound splits?

GRAMMY award-winning millionaire singer Adele filed for divorce yesterday, five months after announcing she'd separated from Simon Konecki.

The couple decided to call it quits after secretly tying the knot two years ago - but it hasn't been made certain what will happen to her estimated net worth of £108 million when she parts ways with her ex.

The couple began dating in 2011, welcomed their son, Angelo, in 2012 and tied the knot in a secret 2016 ceremony, with Adele publicly addressing the wedding for the first time during an acceptance speech at the 2017 Grammys.

Adele is one of the most successful artists of the last two decades – topping the charts all over the world and amassing a fortune of over £140 million - and this begs the question of if the divorce settlement will cost as some other very famous splits?
